What is it about ?
Holacracy is a complete open source system for self-organising. The traditional hierarchy is reaching its limits, but “flat management” alternatives lack the rigor needed to run a business effectively. Holacracy is a third-way: it brings structure and discipline to a peer-to-peer workplace.
Who should use it?
Organisations that want to become more flexible and adaptable without inventing the wheel of self-organisation by themselves.
